Conflict management training

Conflict resolution and personal safety training tailored to your working environment. The courses are under six main sectors: care; personal safety; ambulance; children; call handling and refreshers

Physical intervention training

A unique physical intervention skills programme that is low risk for both employees and service users and others to whom they are applied. Holds do not involve pain compliance. The levels are disengagement; holding; advanced holding; specialist (handcuff and ERB)

Manager training

Manager training brings out the different elements that contribute to a safer working environment.

Post incident training shows managers how to handle professionally the aftermath, with minimal repercussions for the individuals and the organisation.

Tutor training

Deliver Maybo's conflict management programmes. Trainers will be licensed and provided with trainer and delegate support notes.

Qualifications

City & Guilds qualifications are available for conflict management and physical intervention training for delegates and trainers.

IOSH certificated manager training is provided.
