Have your say on the National Occupational Standards for the Prevention and Management of Violence in the Workplace

As leaders in conflict management training, Maybo has been asked by Skills CfAthe leading government-recognised apprenticeship issuing authority, to help with their review of the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for the Prevention and Management of Violence in the Workplace. These standards describe what individuals need to understand, know and do in order to prevent and manage violence in the workplace.

The aim of the review is to update the existing standards so that they reflect current practice, skills and knowledge, and ensure that the functions still reflect the needs of organisations across all sectors of the UK economy.

Have your say

As part of the project, CfA have developed an anonymous online survey to gather feedback on the draft standards. This is a unique opportunity for you to have your say and to influence the future standards.
