Maybo achieves international quality award

Maybo Ltd has been successful in achieving ISO 9001 certification, the ultimate global benchmark for quality management. The certificate was presented to Richard Smith and Janine Spires of Maybo by Roderick Hogarth of ISO Specialists IMSM (pictured from left to right).

Attaining ISO 9001 means that Maybo has adopted a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the International Standards Organisation and demonstrates that we are serious about delivering quality to our customers through tested processes. Within our organisation ISO 9001 creates focus and the discipline to continuously monitor, review and develop our systems so that they meet customer expectations of our service.

Roderick Hogarth of ISO specialists IMSM, who guided Maybo through its certification, said, “When it comes to meeting the needs and expectations of its clients Maybo’s commitment and performance is without question. It has been a pleasure to support them in achieving ISO 9001 certification. A lot of the work was about fine tuning as Maybo’s approach is an excellent example of how things should be done."

Maybo’s Chief Executive, Richard Smith, said, “We’ve always been proud of our consultative approach to training design and delivery and confident that it enables us to effectively identify and meet the unique needs of each of our clients. It’s very rewarding to achieve a certification that is externally recognised throughout the world."
