Conflict Management Tutor
Licensed to deliver Maybo conflict management
Trainers will be accepted on Maybo Licensed Programme courses provided they have experience in the sector they plan to deliver and have a training qualification.Tutors can incorporate the relevant City & Guilds qualification (1886 Qualification in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training).
Sector specific
Anyone wishing to deliver Maybo training in a specific sector will have to have appropriate experience. This will be part of the approval process. The sectors - and therefore the tutor training are divided as follows.
End user programme contents
The course content will be our core conflict management programme, appropriate for the given sector.
End user sessions are of one to five days duration. The end user training in conflict management maps to City & Guilds 1884 Qualification, (Certificate in Conflict Management) providing further CPD opportunities for delegates seeking qualifications in addition to accreditation.
The professional level of the courses will be emphasised by the high quality workbooks for tutors and delegates to work through. Stress is taken out of the administration because tutors have free user-protected access to Maybo’s custom-built on-line management system. This enables tracking of delegate records and ordering of accredited certificates. The price for certificates starts at £15 per delegate for the City & Guilds accredited conflict management course. All figures are subject to P&P and VAT.
Adjustments: Maybo reserves the right to limit or extend the scope of licensed delivery at any time at its absolute discretion. This will generally be based on emerging sector requirements or initiatives.
