Qualifications in conflict management
Maybo works with the following awarding bodies to provide qualifications
City & Guilds Certificate in Conflict Management
Vocational Related Qualification (VRQ) Level 2 conflict management (1884):
For people who face verbal abuse at work the level 2 qualification
VRQ Level 3 conflict management PI (1884): This VRQ level 3 qualification will be for employees at risk of assault due to the nature of their work including those who may need to use physical intervention to escort or hold an individual.
Level 3 Certificate in Preparing to Teach (7303) and Level 3 Delivering Conflict management training (1886): These training qualifications are available as part of the Maybo Licensed Programme, or are available through recommended training companies.
 Edexcel BTEC Award
Edexcel offers BTEC awards, endorsed by the Employment National Training Organisation, Skills for Health and Skills for Security. They are at levels 2 and 3, intended for anyone who may need to use physical intervention skills in the workplace.
NOCN
BIIAB and Skills for Security offer qualifications in conflict management and physical intervention skills
for door supervisors and security staff to meet Security Industry Authority requirements.
