Welcome to Maybo's e-newsletter.
If you have had any direct contact with Maybo you will know that we are always striving to ensure Maybo offers the best products and unrivalled service. So to take stock we carried out a customer survey this summer. We were so delighted that we wanted to tell you about it!
Here are the results from seventy seven clients:
- 98.46% of respondents rated Maybo as ‘good’ or ‘very good’ ‘value for money’.
- 100% of respondents rated Maybo as ‘good’ or ‘very good’ in terms of ‘reliability’.
- 100% of respondents rated Maybo as ‘good’ or ‘very good’ in terms of ‘service quality’.
- 100% of respondents rated Maybo as ‘good’ or ‘very good’ in terms of ‘product quality’.
- 100% of respondents rated Maybo as ‘good’ or ‘very good’ in terms of ‘speed of service’.
- 85.7% of respondents rated Maybo as ‘better’ or ‘much better’ in terms of ‘cost’ compared to other providers.
