Maybo launches new on-line programme in conflict management
To help more employers access ways of reducing violence against its staff, Maybo has created SAFERonline, a conflict management web hub and learning centre.
The “awareness” SAFERonline package is ideal for induction and staff in low risk roles. The “in-depth” SAFERonline can be used by more experienced staff, and will gather information from staff comment on risks and training need.
