Gretton Homes - evaluation of Maybo training
Support workers at Gretton Homes are now able to handle potentially violent residents with reduced risk to themselves and the resident. A survey carried out, after specialist training, showed a reduced number of incidents, improved confidence, and effective use of the skills learned.
